Q: Wholesale and drop shipping are both welcomed?

A: For wholesale, we will offer a discount or express shipping.

For drop shipping, we could send the goods to your customers directly and won’t leave information about us if you’d like to.

Q: How do I track my parcel?

A: You can leave a message to us.

Q: How long does the shipment take?

A: Most of the parcel will arrive within 60 days (Brazil is 90 days), if parcel will arrive within 60 days (Brazil is 90 days), if you didn’t get it, please leave a message to us, we’ll contact you within 24 hours and help you to solve it.

Q: I have received damaged sunglasses, what should I do?

A: If you received damaged sunglasses, don’t upset, please send a photo to us at the first time, we will resend new sunglasses or return money to you.

Shipment:

Items are only shipped out after payment is verified.

We ship items via DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, Special Airline Service to selected countries, we ship via China Post Air (CPA), EMS to Worldwide, except APO/FPO.
